Efficiently designed and well structured, our manufacturing unit is installed with the latest tools and equipment, such as Panel Saw, Hot Press, Post-forming Machine and Wood Cutter Machines. Our professionals make use of these tools and machines for designing the furniture as per the specifications mentioned by the customers.
To ensure that the finished furniture is defect free, pre-treatment procedures are carried out in our manufacturing unit like:
- De-rusting
- De-greasing
- Phosphating
- Passivating
Warehouse & Packaging
In order to store our Office Furniture safely, we have a spacious warehouse unit that is well equipped with all the required facilities. The warehouse is efficiently maintained by our warehouse staffs who keep the inventory record of each and every item. Further, it is segmented into different sections that help in accommodation, access and retrieval of the Office Furniture.
We also take utmost care in the packaging of our Office Furniture, which is done using quality packaging material like corrugated boxes, cartons and sheets. This helps in protecting the furniture from damages and scratches, ensuring safe delivery of the consignment to distant places.
